Who we are

The people in the first meeting stay until the final cut.

Aman and Oindrila work on every AndOr project together. One comes at it from the brand problem. The other comes at it from the story. Both stay from the first conversation to the final cut.

Oindrila Roy

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Oindrila has spent close to three decades in advertising and business leadership. She has led strategy at Essence India, marketing at Edelweiss Tokio Life and worked at Leo Burnett and JWT. Most recently, she was Managing Director of Publicis India.

Her work has taken her into some of the most ordinary and revealing parts of people’s lives: what they use in the morning, how they think about money, the food that feels like home, the clothes that change how they carry themselves, the car they hope to own and the shows they make time for. Moving between beauty, finance, food, fashion, automobiles and entertainment taught her that people do not live in categories, even if brands do. They bring the same fears, ambitions, habits and contradictions to all of them.

At AndOr, she keeps the story connected to the reason the brand is making it. What are we solving? Why will anyone care? How will people find it? What should change if it works?

Aman Mannan

Founder and Chief Creative Officer

Aman has spent over 25 years in advertising and storytelling at Publicis India, Leo Burnett, DDB and McCann Erickson. His last agency role was National Creative Director of Saatchi & Saatchi India.

He co-wrote Saas, Bahu Aur Flamingo, one of India’s top five shows in 2023 and a Filmfare OTT Awards nominee. He shares story and screenplay credit on Loot Kaand, which premiered on Amazon MX Player in March 2025. He is currently writing a feature film for an Academy and National Award-winning production house. Moving between advertising and long-form fiction taught him how differently the two hold attention. Advertising needs an idea people understand quickly. A series needs characters, tensions and unfinished business that keep bringing them back.

At AndOr, Aman turns the starting thought into a world people can believe in. He builds the characters, leads the writing room and holds the final cut.
