How we work

Ninety days from brand problem to pilot season.

The 90-Day Sprint lets a brand make one thoughtful season, see how people respond and then decide what comes next.

Before anyone writes a script, we make an AndOr Culture Map. We look at what the category keeps repeating, what is beginning to change and what people feel but do not always say.

Brand worldThree weeks

We find the human tension inside the brand problem, then build the people, rituals, visual language and boundaries that make the world recognisable and keep the brand honest.

FormatFour weeks

We work out what makes one episode lead naturally to the next. By the end of this stage, you have the format bible, eight scripts and the storyboards.

Pilot seasonFour weeks

We build the right production team for the story and make eight episodes. That may mean a live shoot, AI or a mix of both. The story decides.

Learning loopOne week

We look at where people stayed, where they left, what they remembered and how they responded to the brand. Then we tell you plainly whether to continue, change or stop.

How we produce

We do not have one default way of producing everything. If the story needs a camera, a location and a cast, we shoot it. If AI can take it somewhere a shoot cannot, or help us get there in time, we use it. Often the answer is a mix. The story decides.

We are based in Mumbai, but we do not assume every story should sound as though it was made here. We begin with the place, its language, humour and rhythms, then work with people who know it from the inside.
